Status Quo: In Search Of The 4th Chord CD

Synopsis

‘In Search of the Fourth Chord’ is the band's 33rd album. For this album, the band reunited with Pip Williams, the man
who produced the likes of “Rockin' All Over The World”, “Whatever You Want” and “In The Army Now”.
The album provides a slew of highlights and variety, from the couldn't-be-any-other-band-in the- world opening of
“Beginning Of The End” or “I Don't Wanna Hurt You Any More” to the loping swagger of “Pennsylvania Blues Tonight”
to the more considered Blues/Country styling’s of “Electric Arena”.
Status Quo's total worldwide record sales exceed 118 million units.
Quo have recorded 63 British hit singles - more than any other band - 22 of which have hit the Top Ten. The first hit
was “Pictures of Matchstick Men” which reached Number 7 in January 1968.
Most recently Status Quo appeared at the high profile Concert for Diana at Wembley Stadium, with an estimated
worldwide audience of 500 million across 140 countries.
