Jane's addiction were formed by frontman Perry Farrell, after the demise of his previous band, Psi-com. Formed in 1985, they quickly gained a huge following in Los Angeles, and signed to Warner Bros. Comprising of Perry Farrell (vocals), Dave Navarro (guitar), Eric Avery (bass), and Stephen Perkins (drums), Jane's Addiction broke up in 1991, but have reunited several times since, in 1997, 2001, and 2008. They are currently working on new material, and touring the world to sell out arenas.
